Straight from the orchard, field, and sea, I have been blessed with local farmers and foragers who have befriended me, educating me to the native fauna and wealth of produce found in the local areas. From day boat catches delivered the next day from the coast and my fishing buddies at the local docks to the local produce from our area organic farms and orchards. We use only the best ingredients with "from Scratch Cookery", rest assured that you and your guest are in for a real treat when you hire use for your special occation.
